Restorative
Since I have been taking the liposomal iodine from Earth Foods with a couple other products that are new to me (one is a challenge and the other is supportive also), I feel much better detoxifying than not. Without this particular iodine I would take one drop of biosil and be exhausted and a bit nauseated. Now my energy levels actually improve and I don't feel sick. It is easier to recover stasis/balance with just a change in thinking or awareness than it was before. I highly recommend it!
